• Firewood (15CHF per bundle approx. 20kg, can be paid with credit card)

• Arrival and departure
• Villa Vals has no landline telephone

General rule

Pets allowed on request.
Smoking in the house or the stable is not allowed.

Booking

After booking and paying the deposit you will receive a payment link from us to pay the remaining amount. You can pay by credit card or alternatively by bank transfer. You will also find our account information in the link. Please note that the balance must be paid 60 days before the start of your stay, otherwise your booking will be forfeited.

The rental deposit of 1000CHF will be reserved on your credit card during your stay (not debited) and will be released no later than 7 days after departure. If there is any damage to the house or inventory, we will charge it to the deposit and debit it. Also the consumption of firewood will be charged to the deposit.

Arrival

2 days before the beginning of your stay you will receive a mail from us with the contact information of our people on site. They are responsible for check-in and check-out, cleaning and maintenance of Villa Vals. Please let them know arrival time. They will then welcome them, do the check-in with them and quickly show them the house and explain the necessities for their stay. Check-in after 16:00.

Departure

Contact them again to organize the return of the house. Self check-out is not possible. Check-out before 10:00.
